This is an exciting position for someone that is looking to become a Graphic Designer, your role at H2Creative Media will involve creating powerful tools for business promotion and marketing campaigns.
One of our key services is the design, development and delivery of corporate brochures, corporate literature and web sites that you would be involved in.
Creating graphics and media using Adobe Creative Suite CC and other editing tools.
Supporting staff with the creation of designs and media, gradually working up to doing this individually when confident.
Working with the branding and publishing team where necessary.
Working to a clients brief to create what they require.
Work closely with the Managing Director and Project Managers along with other members of the development team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Communicate to the Managing Director with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.
Engage in "outside of the box" thinking to provide solutions and high levels of service to all of our clients.
General office duties including monitoring of consumables and stock, ensuring the office is in good order and admin tasks.
Qualifications Requried -
Ideally a minimum of 4 GCSEs graded C and above, including Maths, English and ICT or their equivalents.
Skills Required -
Computer Literate, Good problem solving skills, Excellent eye for detail. Excellent graphic and media knowledge, usability and interactivity.
A creative flair and a eye for design to turn client briefs in to workable solutions and designs.
The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, with a can do attitude.
An appreciation of commercial pressures and the ability to follow exact instructions.
Ideally we are looking for a talented apprentice who can demonstrate their skills and develop during the term of their apprenticeship to become a valuable, full time member of our creative team.
Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Norwich for up to 12 weeks on a block release basis for structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals. The qualifications consist of:
Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
Working hours - Monday - Friday (40 Hours)
