Head of Quality and Effectiveness
£55,000 - £60,000

A crucial role within the Senior Management Team, supporting the Hospital Director to lead on the quality, governance and continuous clinical improvements for the service. A passion for compliance, complex organisational skills and embedding a learning culture through role modelling is essential. Previous experience of working with external stakeholders and regulators is desirable.
