Head of Customer Contact
Salary up to £39,780 per annum plus 6% Performance Related Bonus
37.5 hours per week
This is an exciting time at Saffron as we are in the process of establishing a new Customer Contact Team to act as the first point of contact for our customers. We are seeking an exceptional person to fill the role of Head of Customer Contact, who will provide leadership and vision for our new team in order to deliver the highest quality service to our customers. We are looking for someone who is an experienced and effective manager with the relevant skills and knowledge to ensure the new service quickly meets the required expectations.
The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in delivering services in a similar environment, along with a proven track record of building a strong team within a similar team/department through effective leadership. The ability to influence and negotiate, whilst developing and empowering the customer service team to operate in a culture of continuous improvement, is essential.
The role includes devising and implementing new processes, procedures and advising on the investment in new technologies. Ensuring the highest standards in customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained, in conjunction with making sure value is delivered to our customers through improved customer experience, are central to our vision.
