Head of Construction, Maintenance & Environment
Salary £35,444 to £40,057 per annum (Grade I)
37 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the senior management of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads, the 3rd largest inland waterway, and an internationally important wetland with status equivalent to a national park.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to take the lead role managing and organising the delivery of the Construction, Maintenance & environment work plan. Responsible for the management of work sites as well as the coordination of other maintenance and conservation work undertaken by teams of Authority staff, volunteers, and contractors.
Based in Norwich the ideal applicant will have extensive experience of managing a multi-skilled team, controlling large budgets and excellent project delivery skills.
