Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week (with some flexibility)

Future Projects is looking for a full-time Funding and Development Manager to join our close-knit team based in Norwich - at an exciting time in the charitys development.
Future Projects is a Charity active in helping children and adults to address severe and multiple deprivation by providing a range of high quality, community-based projects and services which promote education, health, skills, employment, wellbeing and life chances. We aim to help people in difficult situations build on their strengths and capabilities, and develop the confidence, skills, and resilience to take control and transform their lives.
The Funding and Development Manager will play a key role in the management of the organisation as a member of the Senior Management Team. You will develop and drive the fundraising strategy, securing high value funds, developing and resourcing services, and building income from a range of sources to support the charitys work.
In return the role offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, flexible working, 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays) and the opportunity to work across a broad range of community-based projects and services such as: Community Radio, Education, Community Support, Youth and Media.
