The postholder will report to the senior leadership team and will work with all staff at all levels and with the governing body. He or she will provide operational management of school data and also help build on and develop the current systems, working in conjunction with the senior leader with responsibility for progress, assessment and reporting to provide the right information at the right time to all members of the school community. 

The successful candidate will be well organized and enjoy a meticulous approach to their work. Experience in working with school Management Information Systems (MIS) and spreadsheets is essential.

The Frances Bardsley Academy is a thriving, oversubscribed and highly successful, comprehensive school for girls aged 11 – 18, with a specialism in the Visual Arts.  It is situated in beautiful grounds in the market town of Romford and was judged Good again by Ofsted in January 2016.
