The role

We have an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Customer Service Advisor, working within our busy Customer Service team. Based in our Norwich City centre office, this high-profile team are the first point of contact for all account and invoicing queries across all of Archant’s publications and products. Predominantly taking phone calls and managing emails, the team resolve and respond to a huge range of queries, escalations, and feedback.

Key tasks include: • Answering, escalating and resolving up to 400 calls and 200 emails each day • Raising queries and managing the subsequent responses to resolution point • Reviewing and managing up to 50 credit account applications each day • Providing historical statements, copy invoices and account investigations

The candidate

You will be a confident and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who understands the importance of following process. You will have an office-based customer service or call centre background and be used to processing high volumes of work.

You have a solid understanding of databases, web-based systems and Microsoft Office products as well as being adept at learning new skills and systems.

You will be focused on exceeding our customers’ expectations, and consistently prioritising quality over quantity, whilst also working to strict deadlines.
