Norwich

Due to Archants continual growth plans for 2017 we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, dynamic CRM Manager who will be the key lead and thinker for internal customers, implementing new methodologies and thinking within the business, solving complex business problems. You will be based in our Norwich offices in the city centre with the occasional need for travel.

Working as part of the Data & Insight Team you will lead customer data management, devise and implement campaign reporting. The successful candidate will be involved with the implementation of the CRM and online marketing strategy aimed at both customer retention and acquisition.

You will contribute to the strategic direction of the CRM activity including effective management of the database to ensure that campaigns are continuously refined and improved in line with marketing strategy. Day to day you will analyse, grow and optimise all CRM campaigns to create a personalised and world-class CRM experience.

Communication is key with this role and you will easily be able to communicate both within the department, to ensure development requirements are clearly understood, and with the wider (non-technical) business and develop relationships with key business stakeholders.

This is a hands-on role but you will also have the gravitas and technical abilities to deputise for the Data & Insight Director at senior commercial and marketing meetings from time to time. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all areas of CRM and database management from planning through to delivery, ideally within forward-thinking organisations in both B2B and B2C environments.

You will have strong database analysis skills and have built robust CRM programmes that deliver results which have come from a solid understanding of key disciplines including contact plans, campaign planning, life cycle communications, retention, cross-sell and acquisition.

This is an excellent opportunity that could suit a CRM analyst who has the relevant commercial background and experience and are ready to take that next career step up, or an existing CRM manager looking for a more fast-paced marketing environment. You must enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to take on additional responsibilities to develop your career, and be confident creating reports and presenting these to senior managers.
