37 hours per week, term- time, plus 20 days
Required for an immediate start.
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Business and Resources Manager to join the Leadership Team at Waulud Primary School. The successful applicant will have responsibility for the management of the school resources, to include budget management, income generation, identification and liaison with service providers and management of the school premises. Supporting the vision and values of the school, the post holder will contribute to the strategic development of the school through the School Improvement Plan.
have exceptional communication skills and an enthusiasm for working in an educational environment
provide strategic and operational leadership
have outstanding ICT skills, including knowledge of school information management and finance systems (e.g SIMs and FMS)
have excellent financial management skills
be well organised and able to manage their own and others time and tasks effectively
be able to cope confidently with the fast pace of a growing school and meet deadlines.
This is a full time and permanent role. If you can deal with a variety of situations and have a flexible can do attitude to work then we want to hear from you!
Previous experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.
