Crisis is currently recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager to support the team in Finsbury Park. Shop from Crisis is a new venture and an opportunity to deliver positive social impact. Finsbury Park is the second Shop from Crisis and the first to have a coffee bar. Opening later in January 2016, it will provide an opportunity to engage the local community as well as an avenue for member involvement and a fundraising opportunity for Crisis. 

As Assistant Shop Manager you will ensure that a high standard of customer service to customers is maintained at all times. You will support the achievement of sales targets in the shop and coffee bar through effective management. Recognising opportunities for member involvement, you will support members’ desire to work in the retail sector and enable Member Ambassadors involvement in the shop to promote the services of Crisis to the local community. You will deputise for the Shop Manager as and when required.

To be successful in your application as Assistant Shop Manager, you will have experience of working in retail and an appropriate commercial focus. With experience of working collaboratively with others, you will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a range of people including colleagues, volunteers and members of the local community.
