Duties: You will be required to assist with: dealing with telephone enquiries; greeting customers; providing first class customer service; building and maintaining strong customer relationships; utilising a variety of Microsoft Office applications; confirming and processing sales orders, raising invoices and purchasing procedures by utilising the QuickBooks system; data entry; stock control; filing and any other associated general office duties.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday: 08:30 16:30
Qualifications & Skills required - A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade D or above (or the equivalent) to include English and Maths. Need to have strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills; an ability to work to deadlines; excellent people skills and a good telephone manner.
Training via Gt Yarmouth College leading to the NCFE Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration (QCF)
City & Guilds Level 1 Functional Skills qualifications in: English, Maths and Information and Communication Technology
