Our Client provides legal services to a range of clients including leading banks, building societies, insurance companies, self-insured organisations in private and public sectors, insurance brokers and major PLC's. The claims management team handle volume claims and defendant personal injury litigation cases. This is a successful team with a proven track record in winning new work. Sustained growth over the past few years has generated fantastic opportunities at a range of levels. Key responsibilities: We are looking for a Legal Executive who will be primarily involved in employer's liability and public liability cases and road traffic accident cases including mostly litigation. This is a varied role and you will need to be able to manage a caseload of fast track files. You will have daily contact with case managers to ensure fast and effective resolution of claims. Depending on your previous experience, you may have responsibility for leading and developing a small team. Skills and experience: Candidates with a range of levels of experience and/or formal qualification will be considered. We will be equally interested in you if you have a law degree/LPC or relevant experience of personal injury claims (including EL/PL). Key competencies: You will feel comfortable dealing with clients and willing to adapt your work methods to meet client needs. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a team player.
