The Position Due to company growth and success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager Assistant to join us at our head office in Loughton, working alongside the Head of Asset Management. The successful applicant will assist in the acquisition/disposal of investment and development property, management, commercial lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals and surrenders. Duties and responsibilities include;   - Updating tenancy schedules and sales / letting particulars - Liaising with consultants, agents and solicitors - General administrative duties - Tenant liaison - To maintain and create records of all property transactions - To liaise with I.T and other departments to ensure that all commercial property content on the website is up to date and accurate - Assisting with the production of letters, reports and presentations to the board of directors - Diary management The Person  - You will have a good basic knowledge of commercial and residential property, to include knowledge of lease negotiations and the Landlord & Tenant Act - Must have excellent communication skills - Must be able to deal with work in a confidential and professional manner - Proactive and well organised - A degree or HND in Estate Management (or similar) is highly desirable - Must have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the property sector, The Benefits In return we offer; - A competitive salary - 24 days holiday - Private healthcare cover - Pension                                        This position is available immediately, if you have the experience needed and are interested in an exciting career with a leading property developer, then please apply now.
