An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor working on a three month temporary assignment within a leading Housing Association based in North West London. Working in a busy call centre environment you will be responsible for providing a first class service to internal and external customers, offering advice to tenants in relation to any tenancy issues they may have including repairs and maintenance, taking initial rent payments, logging ASB calls, assisting on all repairs and maintenance issues and advising on any tenancy queries that may arise. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate; Repairs/Maintenance knowledge, how to prioritise and schedule repairs works Previous call centre experience - have the ability to hit set KPI's Housing management/tenancy knowledge - show an understanding of tenancy agreements/rents/ASB Working in a previous 'social housing' environment - Housing Association or Local Authority Effective complaint handling capabilities You will also possess excellent communication skills and an understanding of social housing and issues experienced by tenants.
