Front of House Apprentice
Duties will include:
Meeting & greeting customers
Working in a front of house role you will work alongside other colleagues to ensure all guests are happy.
Hours of work - 35hrs per week, Monday - Saturday, shifts times / days to be confirmed. Weekend work could be included in this position
Qualifications & Skills required - A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade D or above (or the equivalent) to include English and Maths. Should have a flair and interest in the hospitality & catering industry.
Training via Poultec Training leading to City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Hospitality & Catering
City & Guilds Level 1 Functional Skills Maths
City & Guilds Level 1 Functional Skills English
Personal Learning & Thinking Skills Workbook
Employee Rights & Responsibilities Workbook
