Behaviour Manager

Salary: Scale E
£15,254 - £17,001 per annum
37 hours per week, term time plus one week
Starting as soon as possible

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic, and responsible person to work as a behaviour manager at Hethersett Academy.

The role is to support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons in the academy and have been placed in the internal exclusion centre, to provide immediate support for behavioural incidents which take place, and work with students to support a smooth reintegration into the learning environment.

This ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs.
