An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our fast paced office in Rackheath, Norwich. The position calls for someone who is organised, communicates well and can exercise initiative to provide support to all aspects of our business.
Key responsibilities will include:
The professional and accurate handling of customer orders and queries
General office duties, including a wide range of administrative support
Communicating with customers, suppliers, internal departments and directors
Liaising with suppliers, placing orders and tracking goods to ensure timely and efficient dispatch
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Team player, with a helpful, pro-active and positive approach
Excellent customer service skills and a confident and polite telephone manner
Mathematical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Willingness to work extra hours when the need arises
PC Literate with experience using Microsoft Office
Experience with Sage200 is desirable but not essential
Hours: Monday to Friday / 9.am 5pm
Rate: dependent on experience
