We are seeking a talented Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a financial organization, and possess a strong background in marketing data analysis and metrics. This role involves leveraging Power BI for data visualization and utilizing marketing tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics to support and enhance marketing strategies.,

• Develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support marketing operations and strategy.
• Analyze marketing data to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning models, including LLMs, into marketing processes.
• Utilize AI tools and data analysis techniques to support marketing decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to drive strategic recommendations.
  
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a financial organization.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization.
• Proven experience with marketing data analysis and metrics.
