If so, this could be the role for you!! Our client, based in Dereham, is looking for a Service Team Leader to join their growing team. Duties to include:- • Organise the day to day service activities, ensuring that agreed KPIs are met. • Working with other team leaders to ensure queue management is delivering exceptional customer contact for all inbound calls and emails. • Lead and manage the After Care and Customer Care Departments, ensuring that all critical functions: Call Centre Management, Quotation generation and processing, Sales Order Entry (SOE), field sales support, customer enquiries, and customer feedback resolution achieve the agreed KPIs. • Prepare, issue and process accurate orders and quotations within the set KPIs. • Monitor team performance and identify training, coaching & mentoring opportunities • The first point of contact for the Service Support Managers’ reports, acting as a gatekeeper and dealing with queries in order to assist with the workload. • Handle customer enquiries and feedback. • Using skills such as planning, delegation and project management to coordinate tasks and projects whilst adhering to required deadlines. • Providing assistance in maintaining accurate data of company systems i.e. Salesforce, Pronto and Outlook. • Organising events and meetings as required. • Devising and maintaining office systems including data management and filing. • Liaising with other departments and external customers. • Further supervisory/ administrative functions as required. The desired candidate will have excellent team leadership skills as well and previous experience in a Contact Centre Environment. You will have good interpersonal and communication skills with great enthusiasm and commitment to providing excellent service. A good understanding of Sales Force would be an advantage, however not essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate the team, to provide a customer focused and responsive service. You will have good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure along with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver to targets. You will have excellent Excel and Word Knowledge as well as the ability to prioritise with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
