£34,196 to £37,858 plus relocation expenses
Permanent, full time 37 hours per week

We are looking for an Electoral Services Manager who will be responsible for the management of the elections team and processes. This would really suit you if you have operational knowledge and understanding of elections and feel ready for your next step. Ideally you will hold the AEAs Certificate in Electoral Administration but if you dont, we will support you to get it. Ideally you will also have experience in managing people, however we offer all new managers an Institute in Leadership and Management qualification at level 5.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Operational experience of managing elections
Exceptional organisation skills
Strong team leading skills, including the ability to motivate your team
High levels of IT proficiency and a drive to go digital.
