Full time (37.25hrs - Flexible hours to meet operational needs)
Meet Up is based in Thetford's Redcastle Furze Estate and is funded by the Big Lottery until July 2014., Meet Up is a centre for young people aged between 10 - 18 years old offering a range of activities and after school/evening and school holiday events. Meet Up also acts as a safe haven for local young people and is a hub for accessing services that support and benefit them and their families.
Duties include
•Leading and managing on a day to day basis the Meet Up centre and the staff/volunteer team based there
•Responsibility for leading the delivery of a wide range of youth work interventions (offering both group and 1-to-1 support)
•Reporting on progress towards agreed milestones
•Leading on the development and delivery of a sustainability plan for Meet Up in Thetford
