Exciting new project, working alongside the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust Youth Mental Health Team, providing advice, information and emotional support to young people (aged 14-25 years) with complex mental health conditions.
YPiM are seeking experienced individuals to actively engage young people with complex mental health conditions to encourage emotional independence and resilience, and mental wellbeing.
- 16-18 hours per week - £16,711 pa pro rata
The successful candidate must have experience of engaging with young people and preparing time limited action plans, be flexible, motivated and creative in their approach.
3 year fixed term contracts (subject to continued funding).
Positions will involve working from our Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft offices as well as working with young people in the community, therefore own transport is essential.
