Trainee Reporter, London24.com, Ilford
We're looking for a trainee reporter to join the team at London24.com - one of the fastest growing and most exciting news and lifestyle sites focusing on the capital.
The successful candidate will have drive, initiative, an interest in people and what they are up to, and an eye for a good story.
We need a trainee reporter to keep a finger on the pulse of London, someone who is comfortable giving diary stories a twist, as well as bringing in off-diary stories, and covering breaking news, entertainment and lifestyle.
You will be an enthusiastic trainee, looking to make your mark in an industry that's rapidly changing. You will have completed your NCTJ prelims and have a keen interest in digital, with ideas on how to use a variety of online and social media tools to enhance stories and drive up visitor numbers.
Working knowledge of Atex CMS prestige editorial system an advantage.
