Trainee IT
Helpdesk/Support
£17,923, 35 hours per week Fixed term for 2 years Based in Stratford, London.
We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and resourceful person with a passion for IT to provide first line IT support to the organisation and administrative support to the IT team.
The postholder will be fully trained on the job but practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, as is an IT qualification- minimum A 'Level, GNVQ, MCP, or ONC.
The IT Trainee will be manning the IT helpdesk answering and logging calls, dealing with issues and helping with resolutions as well as administering the lending and dispatch of IT equipment to staff based centrally and remotely.
The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to learn in a demanding environment whilst remaining positive and proactive.
