Technical Support (Online Counselling)
Hours: 15 per week
Location: Norwich
Salary: £15,440 pro rata
We are currently looking to recruit a part-time technical support worker to set up and induct new users of our online counselling provision and provide follow up support to MAP staff. Full training will be provided on how to use this exciting way of working with young people. Candidates should have a background in IT, administration or technical support and have the skills to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff. German language skills would also be an advantage.
