This vacancy is in our NPS Norwich Ltd business unit and will assist the Team Leader and Senior Technical Administrator in the monitoring and updating of all databases, the coordination and production of statistical information and reports, provide contract administrative services for all property services contracts and raise works orders for contracts. The postholder will be the fi rst point of contact for all enquiries from internal and external customers.
Experience in administration of a property or technical service is essential, the successful candidate will have good organisation skills, be conversant in Microsoft Offi ce and computerised Housing and maintenance applications and be customer service focused.
