AFFINITY TRUST is a national voluntary organisation providing support through innovative services to adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour within their own homes, providing a safe secure environment whilst maximising peoples opportunities within their community.
Due to recent growth the following vacancies have arisen:
Team Leader (2 Full-time posts available, 37.5 hrs per week) Wimblington
Salary £17,980 plus weekend enhancements.
Responsibilities: ensuring appropriate care and support is being delivered, ensuring individual's needs and choices are met; liaising with Care Managers and other professionals, implementing Affinity Trust's policies and procedures, assisting the Support Manager with supervision and performance review of the staff teams, contributing to on-call support.
Desirable: NVQ Level 2/3 or Management equivalent, or be willing to work towards these qualifications; experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and a full UK driving licence.
