Temporary contracts up to 12 months
We require Support Workers who can work as part of a team to support people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and frail/older people or those with dementia.
The posts are to support people in and from Community Hubs in various locations across the county. We also require relief Support Workers to be available as and when required.
