SUPPORT WORKERS - Norfolk: North Walsham / Norwich / Dereham and Attleborough areas
Full-time/Part-time/Bank/Nights
Salary - FTE starting at £14,176, increasing to £14,749
We are looking for Support Workers who will be working with individuals with learning disabilities who may have challenging behaviour, whilst enabling them to meet the positive challenges of living in the community. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and a positive and flexible attitude. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Full-time staff work a 37.5 hour week covering a shift pattern which may include waking nights or sleep-ins depending on the service. Bank staff will be working flexible hours as required to cover relief shifts as needed within services. Part-time hours vary between 15 to 30 hours per week.
