Support workers
Voyage Care provides a range of care and support solutions for people with a variety of specialist needs, promoting a person-centred approach in all aspects of the support offered.
We are inviting you to meet our management team and fi nd out more about the exciting vacancies we have at our services across the county, specifically in Thetford and Swaffham. We are looking for individuals to provide high quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours which may challenge. Services we provide include: registered care homes, supported living, one-to-one support in the community and support in individuals’ own homes.

Support Workers
You will make a positive contribution by helping the people we support achieve independent lifestyles. Being a Support Worker is challenging and rewarding, no two days are ever the same. Experience is preferred but not essential as we will support you through a full induction and training programme, plus you may also have the opportunity to achieve a Diploma in Health and Social Care at Level 2.
In return, we offer excellent benefi ts including 196 hours annual leave (pro rata for parttime), life assurance and childcare vouchers. If successful, you will work shifts as part of a rota to include evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, sleep-ins and waking nights.
