SPA MANAGER
A unique opportunity for someone to take ownership of their department from conception. Do you have the ability and drive to make a new business a success? You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the Spa at Congham Hall; guiding a small team to follow high standards of performance, delivering a profit in treatment and retail sales and ensuring the guest experience is a memorable one.
We need an enthusiastic, well groomed and motivated leader (experience of at least 2 years is required); an understanding of stock control, ordering, promotional ideas and finance are essential.
