Digital Phone Company is now celebrating its 18th anniversary, and as a Vodafone Platinum Partner, goes from strength to strength. We are currently looking for someone who would like to develop a career in sales, within our business.
Working in our stores offering the latest in mobile phone technology, you’ll be given the best in-house training in accordance with our Investors in People status, before having the chance to really show what a success you can become.
You should be honest, hard working, have a good education, an understanding of Customer Service and a desire to succeed in a dynamic Retail Sales environment. However previous experience in the mobile industry is not essential. We are looking above all, for self-motivated, driven individuals with a sound work ethic and the potential to develop a career in sales.
Successful candidates will be expected to work in several different locations across the region with the prospect of managing their own store and therefore the ability to drive is essential. These include the following thriving market towns: Beccles, Cromer, Dereham, Fakenham, Holt, Thetford and Wisbech.
Earnings of up to £18k are realistic in year one from a structure including a basic salary of £13k as well as monthly commission and bonuses. Our high rollers achieve far in excess of this and we have a truly open ended commission structure with our top performers earning in excess of £30k.
