We are looking for a dedicated care professional to join our older person's residential home in Sidmouth. You will work 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend work required. You will manage, monitor and develop the home's day to day operations, ensuring the service runs according to budgetary criteria, service standards, current policies and best practice. You will also be responsible for recruitment and management of staff, and ensuring the home remains a safe, secure and person centred service, tailoring services to the needs of the individual.
You will have a management qualification in Social Care or equivalent, and experience of working in a similar role.
A full driving licence is also essential.
