RGE Engineering is a leading manufacturer in the plastic injection moulding field, specialising in supplying components and assemblies to the domestic appliance and furniture trade. We currently have the following positions at our premises in WHITTLESEY and ALCONBURY.
QUALITY ENGINEER/TRAINEE - Whittlesey: This position will suit a hands-on and enthusiastic Quality Engineer with a proven track record of quality engineering gained within an injection moulding or manufacturing environment. Applicants should have a thorough understanding of Quality systems and procedures including ISO 9001. The ability to use a 3 axis Co-ordinating Measuring Machine (CMM) and create sample/dimensional documentation would be a distinct advantage. Candidates should have an ability to develop innovative systems and procedures to sustain the Company's competitiveness. Our ideal candidate should have well developed communication skills together with a thorough understanding of customer quality expectations and drive to implement continuous improvements.
