Quality and Performance Officer

£22,374 - £30,387 (inc 15% uplift for London weighting allowance)

Monitoring service delivery within our Customer Service team, you will ensure compliance and consistency, producing performance analysis and statistics to support continous improvement. Experience in a Customer

Service team and a background in quality and performance is essential. 
 

Neighbourhood Housing Officer

£18,793 - £25,186 (inc 15% uplift for London weighting allowance)

Your role is to empower and enable residents to maximise their participation in the management of their homes and communities. Carrying out regular neighbourhood inspections, you will build relationships with residents, provide quality customer service and resolve any neighbourhood issues. Relevant experience is essential.

Communal Area Inspector

£18,793 - £25,186 (inc 15% uplift for London weighting allowance)

You will ensure that our communal areas comply with legislation and monitor the upkeep of these areas to ensure a high standard is maintained. Working within the Estate Services Team and closely with Property Services and Housing Management colleagues, you will oversee works for repairs and improvements. Experience in Housing, Property or Construction would be an advantage as well as knowledge of Fire Safety

and the Housing Health & Safety Rating System.
