Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator
Band 5 Afc £21,176 -£27,625
37.5 hours per week

Quality and Safety is at the heart of South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group's philosophy. In recognition of this, we are seeking to strengthen and build our capacity to deliver effective patient care for our South Norfolk population.
This post offers a fantastic development opportunity within the new NHS arena. You will already have experience of working on projects within the NHS and ideally in the Norfolk health system. Educated to degree level and an enthusiastic, hardworking individual you will work closely with clinicians and managers to improve patient care.
This role will provide direct administrative and project support to the Head of Quality and Patient Safety on a day-to-day basis. Facilitation of projects and drafting of project plans and business cases, along with routine analysis of data and quality and safety concerns and issues, will all be key elements of the role, as will the production of reports and attendance at meetings.

Access to a car and a full driving licence is essential to this role.
