PROMOTING ACHIEVEMENT AND LEARNING (PAL) – ref 3528
30 hrs per week, term time £9,942 -£10,282 pa
You will assist learners to be successful in progressing and achieving their learning goals by monitoring and supporting individuals to attain consistent attendance and performance, by arranging internal/external support and communicating planned actions and progress to parents and programme delivery staff
Applicants should have an NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification and previous of working with young people in a guidance setting.
