PRACTICE NURSES

We are looking for experienced Practice Nurses to join our Practice. You will be part of a large clinical team, providing high quality of care to our patients. Experience/qualification in Chronic Disease Management is essential.
We have two posts available 20 hours at our surgeries across our villages sites (Martham, Hemsby, Caister and Ormesby) 20 hours at our Beechcroft Surgery in Costessey,
Norwich.
