In order to meet the increasing demands of our expanding company we have a vacancy for a Payroll Consultant to work in our busy payroll department. The department currently processes 32 payrolls of varying size and frequency, with over 9000 employees. You will have responsibility for managing a number of payrolls and the post will involve some supervision of Payroll Advisors. You will also be heavily involved in TUPE transfers into the Group. There is scope to assist with the implementation of our new web based payroll software. You will be CIPP qualified and possess the ability to understand and interpret information using analytical skills to solve varied problems. You will be an effective communicator who can build relationships with internal and external customers. You will be flexible, able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative to review your performance and business processes.
