Firstpoint Homecare is looking to recruit a highly motivated permanent, full-time Nurse Manager to join the team in Harpenden.
You will have professional and clinical accountability for the provision of this high quality service to Service Users.The job holder will take responsibility for the organisation of the branch service which provides complex and personal care to individuals in their own homes. The job holder will be responsible for providing an excellent service to the local community through developing care plans, supporting the client and their family members and providing guidance and advice to the carers regarding the clients needs. You must be a full qualified RGN and be registered with the NMC. You will hold an NVQ Level 4 in Management or will be willing to work towards.
