MUSIC SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR
The Music School Administrator is a key position in the running of our successful Music Department. The post holder will maintain registers for all students receiving instrumental tuition, liaise with the peripatetic teachers, allocate rooms, collect fees, handle new applications; keep accurate financial records; handle general enquiries.as well as providing general administrative support.
This is a varied and demanding role and the successful candidate should be able to work on their own initiative, be a confident communicator, and possess excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills.
Applicants must be able to work within tight time frames and be a confident user of IT.
15 hours a week, Mon - Wed 9.30 - 1pm, Thurs 12.45 - 7.15pm (Music School evening) Term time only 38 weeks.
Salary: SWCHS scale point 13 - 16 (£15,444 - £16,440) actual starting salary £5,103.49
Start date 25th March 2013
