A vacancy exists for a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR with our client growing Lettings Department in Attleborough.
This is a pivotal role and the successful candidate must be Professional with Proven Experience within the Lettings Industry. The role will require an organised and methodical candidate with a working knowledge of a lettings office. Duties include, dealing with existing tenants, Landlords, arranging and attending viewings, negotiating lettings of properties, managing repair/maintenance issues and statutory registers, approved contractors and property administration etc.
