LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER,
WHERSTEAD PARK, IPSWICH – JS60/13
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Learning and Development Manager to drive, develop and deliver creative training solutions for our suite of businesses across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
As an accomplished Learning and Development Manager you will bring with you in-depth business knowledge and know how to identify training needs and turn plans into action.
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, based in Ipswich but requiring flexibility with hours/locations to cover workshops and departmental objectives.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, will be a confident speaker and trainer, and will have the ability to encourage and motivate others.
