Lay Advisers – Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements
We are seeking a highly responsible individual with a commitment to our communities to represent the
local community on our Strategic Management Board. This is a voluntary post and does not attract a
salary, however, expenses are paid and full training is given.

local panels.

of some involvement in this area and must be able to understand the complexities of human behaviour.
Formal educational qualifications are not required, although you must be able to effectively communicate,

Appointments will be based on a selection process including assessment and a multi-agency panel
interview and will be for a duration of up to four years.
For an informal discussion please contact Morris Johnson, MAPPA on 01707 354858.
