IT Helpdesk / Support Technician
Responsibilities include 1st Line telephone support to internal clients within the Gardline group of companies, logging and monitoring tickets, managing the asset register, and configuring, testing and repairing PCs.
This is an opportunity for someone looking to start or progress a career in IT. Good communication skills and a strong interest in IT are essential. Qualifications at GCSE or higher in an IT related subject are desirable, together with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
