Human Resources Officer

Up to £31,754 per annum (pro rata)

Maternity cover (fixed term contract) – 30 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources (HR) professional to work within the Organisational

Development team.

You will be responsible for providing specialised advice to staff and managers in relation to HR policy,

procedure and practice on a range of areas such as recruitment, absence management, restructuring,

change management and employee relations.

If you possess the knowledge, understanding and competences necessary to deliver the outcomes

required by this role and are either a Chartered Member of the CIPD or can demonstrate technical

knowledge and experience to the same level, we would really like to hear from you.
