Zero Three Care are passionate about providing high quality residential care to adults with a learning disability, Autism and complex needs across Essex. Following expansion and restructuring we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Home Manager to lead our friendly team at our Thaxted home. You would take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the residential home, including all aspects of service user care, health and safety, financial management and team management in order to promote positive lives for service users.
We are looking for candidates who have prior experience of managing a residential home or who have acted in the capacity of Deputy Manager. You will have experience in liaising with Social Services, Health and the
Care Quality Commission and will have a good understanding of relevant legislation in this area of care. You will ideally have completed your NVQ 4 / Registered Managers Award or will have a learning disability nurse qualification. A driving licence is essential and on-going support and training will be provided.
