Plan Care seeks Home Care Workers to support elderly and vulnerable people living in the London Borough of Newham.

If you want to make a real difference to people's lives and are interested in the rewards of supporting others in their own homes, now is the time to call us!

Ideally we are looking for people with previous care experience - whether professionally or perhaps you've supported a family member - but we'd also like to hear from you if you can demonstrate a caring approach and are happy working on your own to support others, but are unsure about your experience. Either way, we'll provide comprehensive training as well as ongoing support and promotion opportunities.

We can offer flexible hours from early morning to evening, weekends and can often fit in with your lifestyle. In return for your commitment we pay enhanced rates for unsocial hours and a premium if you have NVQ2.
