Welwyn Garden City Housing Association owns and manages several hundred
properties providing primarily care and support to local older people.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated accountant (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) with
experience in a senior accounting role. As the Head of Service, you will be
responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks associated with a developing
housing association, as well as reviewing our financial regulations, business
planning forecasts and systems of IT and internal controls.
Excellent technical, IT, financial forecasting and communication skills are essential,
with experience in the not-for-profit sector being a distinct advantage.
