NHS Norfolk & Waveney Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) is on an exciting journey - one that will see a transformation of the organisation as a customer-focused, commercially driven and ultimately an independent professional services organisation that will partner the development and delivery of high quality clinical commissioning throughout the region. Head of Communications (Band 8b £45,254 to £55,945)
We are looking for a proven communications professional to lead the delivery of best-in-class communications support to our Clinical Commissioning Group and other clients. Aligning the resources within the team to place the satisfaction of customer requirements at the heart of everything we do will be a key requirement of this role. The post holder will also be responsible for delivering measurable improvement in the profile of Norfolk & Waveney Commissioning Support Unit thereby developing corporate and brand awareness amongst key stakeholders.
As a senior communications professional, ideally within a large corporate enterprise, you will have an impeccable track record of delivering highly effective corporate communications and measurable positive PR. This will be matched by your proven ability to develop and deliver customer-focused service delivery.You will be accustomed to working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and will have the drive, flexibility and tenacity to thrive in a busy deadline-driven working environment.
